Always trim your wick to 1/4" before lighting the candle each time to avoid soot.
Burn the candle until the wax pool reaches the jar's edge each time to prevent wax tunneling.
Burn the candle for no more than 4 hours at a time and do not burn the candle with less than 1/2" of wax remaining.
Keep the candle away from fans, open windows, hot surfaces, children, pets, etc.
Never leave a burning candle unattended.

Please make sure to promptly bring delivered items inside, as we are not responsible for melted or damaged items. Your candle is always well-packaged for shipment. However, due to the nature of these creations, items may occasionally fall off, break loose, or break during handling. This is beyond our control, and returns or refunds are not accepted. Please know that this will not affect the performance of your candle.
